Born to be Wild

Was this a genuine disabled bloke in an electric wheelchair out doing his shopping and hitting the open road on his way home? Or some twisted criminal in his smash & grab getaway vehicle?.

Unless he hits the news (by getting hit by a car) I'll never know. After the photo, all that was left was a whiff of burning rubber.
